We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join this expanding team in one of London's most prime spots. You will be guaranteed a progression route to the top from day 1 as this business see internal growth at the forefront of their mantra.
This office is massively successful and are considered to be one of the strongest businesses in the patch. The opportunity to earn here is massive with the expectation for the seat to bill north of £450,000.
Responsibilities:
- Source and secure new tenants for rental properties
- Negotiate rental agreements and manage the letting process
- Maintain relationships with landlords
- Respond to enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulations
- Meet and exceed performance targets
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience as a Lettings Negotiator
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
