Sonic Summary

A new position for a Senior Lettings Negotiator is available with a successful independent agency in Surrey Quays or Bow, London.
The salary package includes a £22,000 basic salary with an OTE of £45,000 - £50,000 and a car allowance.
Candidates must have at least 2-3 years of lettings experience in London and a full UK driving license with access to their own vehicle.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9am to 7pm, with an early finish on Fridays, and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm, including three days off per month.
Responsibilities include booking and accompanying viewings, liaising with landlords and tenants, and negotiating offers.

We've recently taken on a new position with our client who is currently looking for an experinced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team either in Surrey Quays or Bow.

Our client is a successful independent agency that has been operating in the London area for over 30 years believing in providing both an honest and friendly service.

Salary package on offer for the role of Senior Lettings Negotiator:

£22,000 Basic
£45,000 - £50,000 OTE
Car allowance

Working Hours:

9am -7pm Monday to Thursday with an early finish on a Friday!
10am -4pm Saturday
3 days off per month

Requirements for the role of Senior Lettings Negotiator:

Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
Must have at least 2/3 years of Lettings experience within London
Experience with Microsoft software
Strong interpersonal skills
Highly organised
Able to work both independently and as part of a wider team
