Collins Property Recruitment is working with a well-established Estate Agency who are committed to providing an exceptional level of service to their loyal clients in the stunning Richmond/Sheen/Barnes area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join this people-focused company as a Senior Lettings Negotiator. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with existing and new Landlords & Tenants. Key responsibilities as a Senior Lettings Negotiator:

  • Work alongside the Lettings Manager in promoting the business.
  • Managing clients and keeping them updated with regular communications.
  • Identifying opportunities for valuations and actively seeking new business.
  • Generating, organising and conducting property viewings.
  • Negotiating offers with Landlords and Tenants in a professional manner.
  • Conduct market appraisals with prospective landlords (training provided).
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with Landlords, tenants and contractors.
  • Maintain and update the company database.
  • Passionate about providing first class customer service and developing professional relationships.
  • Regular canvassing activities to generate new business opportunities.

Required skill sets for Senior Lettings Negotiator:

  • Ideally 12 months experience in Estate Agency.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Be highly motivated and driven by success.
