Senior Lettings Negotiator Location: Shepherds Bush, West London.

Salary: OTE £60000 with Uncapped Commission. Job Type: Full-time

Our client, a market leading agent in West London are looking for a motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our residential Lettings team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in securing new business and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with incoming calls and queries.
• Booking in viewings and valuations.
• New business generation, via phone and marketing activities.
• Conducting viewings.
• Working towards team targets.
• Cross selling additional services.
• Negotiating rent and ensuring a smooth process for move in.
• Updating the CRM system accurately.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

• Full UK driving licence and own car. (Generous monthly car allowance).
• Property sales or lettings background with a genuine passion for the property industry.
• Great communication and relationship building skills.
• Ambitious, proactive and driven.
• Good IT skills.
• Organised with the ability to prioritise your workload and diary.
