Vacancy: SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Surrey Quays, SE16
Salary: OTE £50k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a property consultancy company based in Surrey Quays.
You will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for letting residential property to be a part of this highly energetic, busy team with a determined attitude.
You will be instrumental in helping to grow the market share whilst ensuring first class customer service is being delivered. You will need to be smart, punctual, reliable, well-spoken and articulate, whilst being driven, focused and be able to thrive in a faced paced pressurised environment.
Previous estate agency experience is essential because you will need to hit the ground running – and some Listing experience would be helpful – but the company may also consider a strong and highly motivated Lettings Negotiator who is looking for a promotional opportunity.
The Company: Our client is a forward thinking, well established property consultancy, offering specialist estate agency services for owners, occupiers or investors within South East / East London.
Skills required for this Senior Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Extensive experience in residential lettings
- Excellent sales ability
- Experience in the London market
- High level of customer service skills
- Fantastic telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Full UK Driving License and own car
- A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
- Determined Attitude
