I am seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Lettings Negotiator to join this thriving team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with Landlords, negotiating deals, and ensuring transactions run as efficiently as possible.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Landlords

• Negotiate Letting transactions effectively

• Handle inquiries and provide expert advice on property or product offerings

• Conduct viewings with potnetial tenants

• Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth rental process

• Achieve and exceed targets and KPIs

• Proven experience in a Lettings position, ideally in a comparible market

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong ability to close deals and handle objections confidently

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised

• Full UK driving license

• Basic salary + Commission structure starting at 10%
