With over 170 branches nationwide my client is one of the largest, Independent, agencies.This established high street brand is looking for a dedicated, committed, reliable and professional Individual with experience in Lettings.They are looking to hire someone purely for lettings for the areas they cover and would like someone with Lettings experience and local knowledge (Abbey Wood and Bexleyheath area)The RoleAs a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in the lettings team, handling the full lettings process from start to finish.This includes generating and booking viewings, negotiating offers, managing tenancy applications, and delivering outstanding customer service to landlords and tenants alike.Key Responsibilities

  • Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Arranging and conducting Valuations
  • Negotiating tenancy terms and securing lettings agreements
  • Managing the application process, including referencing and compliance
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Advising landlords on market trends and achieving the best possible rental income
  • Assisting with property marketing, including online listings and social media promotion
  • Ensuring all lettings processes comply with current legislation and company policies

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of the lettings market and relevant legislation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A full UK driving licence and own car

Hours Of work

  • Hours are 8.45 - 6pm Monday to Friday
  • 9 - 5 Saturdays, with one day off in the week
  • 5 day working week

Package on offer

  • Basic salary £23,000-£27,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Realistic OTE - £35,000 - £40,000
