Senior Lettings Negotiator - Crouch End
Salary - £20,000 + Commission
5-day week - Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday availability (doesn’t have to be office based)
Driver & Clean licence
Our well established and highly regarded client based in the North London area are looking for a Lettings Negotiator with great experience to work within their branch in Crouch End. Priding themselves on hard work, client attraction and an excellent attitude to all aspects of a busy Estate Agency. Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting viewings and letting properties
- Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
- Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
- Facilitating a let through to move in
- Previous lettings experience is essential.
- Full UK driving licence.
