Collins Property Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a dynamic independent estate agency brand in West London. As a leading estate agency brand in the area, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional service. If you have a passion for lettings, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in the property industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities as a Senior Lettings Negotiator.
- Utilise your in-depth knowledge of the property market to handle a diverse portfolio of properties. Identify potential tenants, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close lettings deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the lettings process.
- Conduct market appraisals.
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be rewarded with:
- A competitive basic salary of up to £24,000.
- A competitive 3-month guarantee.
- £3,000 Car allowance.
- Work 1 out of 4 Saturdays.
- Commission and bonus structure.
- OTE £50,000 for the first year.
Requirements for the Senior Lettings Negotiator:
- You must have at least 18 months experience of successful lettings experience in the property industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
