As a leading estate agency brand in the area, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional service. - Utilise your in-depth knowledge of the property market to handle a diverse portfolio of properties. Identify potential tenants, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close lettings deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the lettings process.
- Conduct market appraisals.
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be rewarded with:
- A competitive basic salary of up to £25,000.
- £3,000 Car allowance
- Far reduced Saturday hours 10-1 fortnightly
- Commission and bonus structure.
- You're paid on your renewals every year
- OTE £50,000+ for the first year.
Requirements for the Senior Lettings Negotiator:
- You must have at least 2 years experience of successful lettings experience in the property industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
