Our client is a best-in-class rental management company based in Moorgate, and they are currently looking to recruit an all-rounder who can help grow the business.
To be considered, you should be experienced in the London market and have a good working knowledge of current legislation to be able to advise landlords. As well as winning business, you will also get involved in viewings and scoop up some administration and property management. This is an exciting and varied role where no day is the same!

Personal specification:
ā¢ At least 2 yearsā experience within residential lettingsā¢ Superb customer service skillsā¢ Knowledge of the London property marketā¢ Good working knowledge of lettings legislationā¢ Excellent organisational and prioritisation skillsā¢ Self-motivatedā¢ IT literate.
The salary for this role will include a basic of up to Ā£25,000, plus on target earnings in the region of Ā£40,000 to Ā£50,000. Benefits include company pension and Bupa. A driving licence is not required for this role as the company use public transport.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and you will be required to ad-hoc Saturdays by appointment only.
