Role Overview:
The Senior Sales Negotiator will be responsible for managing and negotiating property sales from initial enquiry through to completion. This role demands a proactive, dynamic, and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to close deals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the property market and a proven track record in sales negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Sales Negotiation: Handle all aspects of property sales, including valuation, marketing, viewings, and negotiations, ensuring the best possible outcome for clients.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with local and national property market trends, providing clients with informed advice and insights.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties, utilising various channels such as online listings, social media, and print advertising.
- Property Valuation: Conduct accurate property valuations, providing clients with realistic and competitive pricing strategies.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from instruction to completion, coordinating with solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to achieve collective goals.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant legislation and company policies, maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethics.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in property sales, with a proven track record as a Sales Negotiator.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the property market, including current trends and legal requirements.
- Qualifications: Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., NAEA Propertymark) are advantageous.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using property management software, CRM systems, and online marketing platforms.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure.
