My client, a leading agent in the area, are looking for a motivated and hard working Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone to build themselves a career and climb the career ladder.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Arrange and attend viewings on a daily basis
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Negotiate and obtain offers for sale properties
  • Refer potential applicants to our financial services department (additional commission available)
  • Generate and arrange valuations on behalf of sales manager
  • Working towards targets

The successful candidate must demonstrate and prove the following:

  • Being a team player
  • Demonstrating self-motivation
  • Experience working in an estate agency setting within sales
  • Work well under pressure
  • Highly organised with strong communication skills
  • Professional and well presented
  • The ability to work towards deadlines

8.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday 9.45am - 4pm Saturdays with one lieu day in the week
