A thriving Estate Agency in St Johns Wood are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator into their busy office.
Our client is a well-known respected Estate Agent who focuses on providing outstanding customer service.
A pivotal role in the office, duties will include:
路Booking Viewings路Attending Viewings路Generating Market Appraisals路Dealing with all enquiries路Registering applicants路Negotiating Offers路Viewing Feedback路Vendor Care路Marketing路Some Administration路Sales Progression路FS and Conveyancing. Referral GenerationThe ideal Candidate will have:
路Estate Agency Experience路A full UK driving license and own car路General administration skills路Target driven attitude路Strong communication and interpersonal skills路Polite and Well Spoken路Strong Local Knowledge路Knowledge of Financial Services,Conveyancing and SurveysThis is an exciting position and would suit somebody that is customer focused and enjoys spending time both in and out of the office.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years Estate Agency Sales background and will have a good knowledge of the local area.*Must drive and have use of own car.More information from William Burn at AMR Group.
