- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator (ideally 3+ years).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Wimbledon Village property market.
- Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Full UK driving license (preferred).
- Base salary of £28,000 with an OTE of £60,000.
