Job Profile

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, youll be responsible for conducting property valuations, securing listings, and managing the entire sales process from viewings to closing. You will build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best service possible, while actively contributing to the growth of the business by generating leads and converting them into successful property sales.


Duties:
  • Conduct property valuations and appraisals to provide expert advice to potential sellers.
  • Secure property listings by promoting the benefits of the companys sales services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring regular communication and feedback throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings, providing potential buyers with expert advice and addressing any questions they may have.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors, ensuring favourable terms for both parties and securing successful property sales.
  • Prepare all necessary paperwork for property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Stay up to date with local market trends and property values to offer informed advice and competitive valuations.
  • Maintain an organised database of vendors and potential buyers, ensuring up-to-date records of all interactions and negotiations.
  • Actively generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outbound calls to potential sellers and buyers.
  • Contribute to the success of the sales team by meeting individual and team targets.

Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in a Sales Negotiator role, with a proven track record in securing property sales.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Familiarity with the Edmonton area is preferred.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to secure listings and close deals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales process, from valuations and viewings to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude, able to work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on delivering a positive client experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Hours of Work
  • 5 Days Per Week
  • Monday Friday: 9am 6pm
  • 1 or 2 Saturdays p/m on rotation (Lieu Day given during the week)
  • Saturdays: 9:30am 3:30pm
