Senior Sales Negotiator

Dove & Hawk are working with an established, and respected, local estate agent looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator based in Belsize Park.About the agency

• Currently 30+ properties to let on their register, with a focus on high-end

Duties/Responsibilities

• Arranging, attending and conducting property viewings.
• Generating valuation opportunities within the patch.
• Conducting valuations when needed.
• Providing detailed viewing feedback.
• Presenting and negotiating qualified offers to ensure the best outcome for all parties involved.
• Produce the relevant paperwork required.

Requirements of the role:

• 18 months+ experience is residential sales, preferably in Northwest London.
• A full UK Driving Licence
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Immaculate presentation.
• Strong IT Skills

What's on offer

• Basic Salary: £25,000 / OTE: £60,000 - £70,000
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00, Sat 10:00-15:00 with half day off in the week if Saturday worked
• Car Provision: Access to pool car (Mini Cooper). Full UK drivers' license is a must
