Team Coordinator - Property

Up to £37,000, Chelsea

This prestigious Chelsea based property company is looking for a personable and meticulous Lettings Coordinator. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Residential Lettings team and ensuring the highest level of customer service with internal teams, external stakeholders, clients and tenants. This is client facing role and requires a personable, professional team player who enjoys a varied and fast paced role. You will be joining an energetic, sociable team of top class professionals and have access to a brilliant benefits scheme and professional development.

*Responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with letting enquiries for prospective and existing tenants
  • Arranging and carrying out viewings
  • Preparing new properties for marketing
  • Data input and residential tenancy administrative duties
  • Managing and updating residential key security system
  • Organising team event and socials
  • Maintaining good relationships with tenants and contractors
  • Assisting the Head of Lettings with admin tasks

*The ideal candidate will have

  • Experience in the residential lettings sector or as a Senior Administrator/Coordinator
  • High standard of client care, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • A high level of written and verbal communication
  • A practical approach to problem solving and an ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Experience of using web-based property management software, Horizon, Cube is desirable
