They are growing and as part of their expansion, they are looking to expand their Business Support department and now hiring a Tenancy Progressor to join their team!Salary: £30,000 - £35,000Working Hours: Mon - Fri. 8.45AM - 6PM. Contract: Full Time | Permanent Work schedule:- HYBRID WORKING AVAILABLE - Option to work from home 1- 2 days a week.+ Rotational Fridays off too.Holidays: 25 days holiday.This role focuses on ensuring smooth and compliant tenancy progression, working closely with agents and clients to deliver a seamless lettings experience. Using the tech they have in place, you will oversee the full tenancy progression process to make sure all paperwork, compliance and checks are completed ahead of move in.Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the day-to-day tasks of tenancy progression.
- Ensure all tenancy agreements are processed efficiently and in line with legal requirements.
- Manage tenancy paperwork, including drafting and executing agreements.
- Handle incoming property enquiries and direct them to the relevant team members.
- Oversee deposit registrations and provide guidance on lettings compliance.
- Maintain clear communication with agents regarding tenancy updates.
- Coordinate key tenancy milestones, including inventories, check-ins, renewals, and check-outs.
- Keep up to date with lettings legislation and AML regulations to ensure compliance.
- Support self-employed agents with tenancy-related queries.
- Take on a mentorship role for additional tenancy progressors as the team expands.
- Experience in tenancy progression or lettings administration.
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive approach with a focus on streamlining processes.
