The Trainee Estate Agent position is available with a market leader in Southgate, offering a basic salary of £20,000+ with an OTE of up to £40,000+.
Candidates must have a driving licence, own car, and customer service experience, with sales experience preferred but not essential.
The role includes a 5-day working week, with every other Saturday required and a day off during the week when a Saturday is worked.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6:30pm, Friday from 9am to 6pm, and Saturday from 10am to 4pm.
Training will be provided by experienced industry professionals, and the ideal candidate should be positive, organized, and reliable.

Trainee Estate Agent - duties

Speak to clients both over the telephone and in person
Chasing leads and keeping in contact with applicants/clients
Book in & conduct property viewings
Negotiate offers & agree sales
Carry out basic administration
Generate and book in valuations

Trainee Estate Agent - Skills & experience

Sales experience preferred but not essential
Able to demonstrate good customer service skills
