The Role:

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for scheduling and leading viewings, negotiating between landlord and tenant in order to reach an agreement, as well as all the pre-tenancy checks. You will also be taking part in prospecting on a regular basis and supporting other members of staff.

Requirements:

A full Driving Licence
Proven experience in a sales position
Based locally to the role
Self-driven with a can do attitude
Ability to work in a team with other Lettings Negotiators
Interest in property
Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written
Ability to confidently persuade and influence others
Well organised
A natural Negotiator
