Trainee Lettings Consultant

My client is looking for bright, motivated and willing candidate who is keen to join their established asset management firm. This is an ideal entry level role.

You will be a pivotal part of the residential team assisting the manager conducting various tasks, you will be multi-tasking often and should have a positive 'can do' attitude.

This established company is continuously growing their client base and portfolio allowing room for progression and growth. The team are warm, friendly and welcoming, with a strong work ethic and solid values they have created a lovely working environment.

The role

You will be carrying out various duties to assist the team;

  • Assisting and conducting viewings
  • Registering suitable applicants and qualifying leads
  • Driving to different locations across London to allow access for inspections
  • Visiting properties/buildings for access
  • Take parcels/letters to post office
  • General office administrative duties
  • Offering support across the team with a willingness to learn

Experience required

Property experience is a bonus but not essential, you must have 2-3 years working in a hospitality or a retail background. You should be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and be confident in an office and client facing environments.

A full and clean driving licence is essential - you will have use of the company vehicle
