A highly successful, forward thinking Independent Estate Agents are looking to recruit a trainee/ Lettings Negotiator to join their team based in Kennington.The successful candidate will have the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients delivering a first class experience every time. You will be highly motivated, and target driven. Experience is not required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting viewings and letting properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Facilitating a let through to move in
Full UK driving licence.
