Previous experience within the property industry is not required as full training will be provided. To be considered for this position, however, you will preferably have a sales or customer service background and have dealt with high-end clientele. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!

Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and delivering, by hand and/or by post, canvassing material• Arranging and booking in sales or lettings viewings and appraisals• Booking out keys and confirming with applicants and vendors.• Registering applicants• Conducting call-outs• Conducting viewings• Liaising with and updating all clients and applicants.• The role will involve updating both with feedback and subsequently, advising on further actions required.

Personal specification:

• Be driven and ambitious• Team player and ability to work under own initiative• An excellent communicator• Be well-spoken with a good phone manner.• Confident and outgoing• Target driven• IT literate• Well presented.

The salary package for this role will include a basic of ÂŁ20,000, plus on target earnings equating to c. ÂŁ35,000. The hours of work will be 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. A driving licence is not required for this position!

Our client offers excellent progression and development opportunities. As well as in-house training, trainees will be sent on ARLA or NAEA training courses in preparation for their level 3 qualification.
