Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator - Limehouse

Salary - £18,000 - £20,000, OTE £30,000 - £45,000, Plus car allowance

5 Day week Monday - Thursday - 9am - 6:30pm, Friday 9am - 6pm, Every other Saturday (Day off in Lieu)

The successful candidate will have the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients delivering a first class experience every time. You will be highly motivated, and target driven.

Main Duties:

  • Work as part of a team in a competitive environment.
  • Qualifying & responding to all leads.
  • Arrange & manage viewings by telephone.
  • Handle negotiations and offers between landlord and tenant.
  • Achieve monthly targets.
  • Handle queries and consistently update database relating to the whole property process.
  • Update window details, mail outs, targeted letter drops to key areas.
  • Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback

In addition to a passion for property and people, the successful applicant must have a:

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work without supervision.
  • Confident telephone manner and computer literate.
  • Ability to negotiate, problem solve, handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving licence.
