Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Dove & Hawk are working with an established, and respected, local estate agent looking for a Sales & Lettings Trainee based in Belsize Park.This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the property industry and looking to learn the ins and outs of the sales and lettings processes, necessary to kick-start your career!About the agency

• Currently 30+ properties to let on their register, with a focus on high-end

Training on:

• You will cover both sales & lettings. You will decide which department you would like to go in to!
• Arranging, attending and conducting property viewings.
• Providing detailed viewing feedback.
• Gaining market knowledge.
• How to use the CRM systems, and phone call etiquette
• Presenting and negotiating qualified offers to ensure the best outcome for all parties involved.
• Produce the relevant paperwork required.

Requirements of the role:

• A passion for the industry and an eagerness to learn!
• A full UK Driving Licence
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Immaculate presentation.
• Strong IT Skills

What's on offer

• Basic Salary: £22,000-£22,000 / OTE: £30,000+
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00, Sat 10:00-15:00 with half day off in the week if Saturday worked
• Car Provision: Access to pool car (Mini Cooper). Full UK drivers' license is a must
