An international client, a leading independent estate agency based in London, is seeking a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join their successful team.
The ideal candidate should be a graduate, eager to learn, and possess excellent communication skills.
This role involves covering SE1, SE16, and central London, managing leads, client telephone liaison, and database management.
The salary for this position is £15,000 per annum with an additional 15% commission, leading to an OTE of £35,000 - £40,000.
No previous experience is required, although it would be advantageous, and the role offers 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.

You will cover SE1, SE16 and central London
You will be responsible for all leads for the company
Daily Client telephone liaison
Database management

Salary: 15000 Per Annum plus 15% commission - £35000 - £40000 OTE

25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

No previous experience is necessary however, would be an advantage

Hours: 09.00 am-6.30 pm Monday to Friday (Work 1 in 3 Saturdays 10.00 am-4.00 pm - Weekday off in lieu.
