Salary - £18,000 - £19,000 + Commission & Car allowance £200- £250 per month
5-day week - Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 6:30pm - Friday 8:45am - 5pm, Every other Saturday 10am - 4pm (Mid-weekday off in Lieu)
Full Licence + Car required
A highly successful, forward thinking Independent Estate Agents are looking to recruit a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join their team and work within their branch in Forest Hill.The successful candidate will have the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients delivering a first class experience every time. You will be highly motivated, and target driven.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly and professional service.
- Arrange, organise, and conduct viewings.
- Achieve all daily and weekly targets.
- Register new applicants, manage, update, and maintain regular contact with existing applicants.
- Advise, update and maintain excellent relationship with landlords on all lettings requirements.
Proven Specification:
- Must have a full UK driving licence and own car.
- Must live locally or within a reasonable commute of the office.
- Well presented with excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
