Job Description:

I am seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Trainee Sales Negotiator to join this thriving team. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating deals, and ensuring transactions run as efficiently as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Vendors

  • Negotiate Sales transactions effectively

  • Handle inquiries and provide expert advice on property or product offerings

  • Conduct viewings with potential buyers

  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth rental process

  • Achieve and exceed targets and KPIs

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Sales based position

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong ability to close deals and handle objections confidently

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised

  • Full UK driving license
