Collins Property Recruitment are delighted to offer a rare opportunity for a graduate or Trainee Estate Agent to join as a Trainee Sales Negotiator for a well-established independent Estate Agency brand in Kennington. This role will comprise of viewing high-end properties, negotiating with landlords and developing the social media presence for the brand.This rare opportunity would suit an individual who is ambitious and charismatic with an entrepreneurial mindset. The ideal candidate would want to develop a successful career in Estate Agency. Your responsibilities as a Trainee Sales Negotiator will include but not be limited to the following:
- Liaising with applicants, landlords and sellers.
- Conducting viewings and negotiating offers.
- Delivering a high-level of customer service.
- Working on the brand’s social media.
- Negotiating with tenants for renewals.
You will be rewarded as a Trainee Sales Negotiator with the following:
- Basic salary of up to £20,000.
- Company car or car allowance.
- £50,000+ OTE.
- Scaling commission structure.
- Full training and mentoring.
Required Skills for the Trainee Sales Negotiator position:
- A high-level of IT skills.
- Ambitious and tenacious personality.
- An excellent communicator.
- A keen interest in property.
- A full UK driving licence.
