Key Responsibilities
  • Guide prospective buyers through the entire sales journey from initial interest to completion
  • Conduct engaging property viewings and tours, both in-person and virtually
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Turkish-speaking clients
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of our developments and the local property market
  • Work collaboratively with developers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement
The Ideal Candidate
  • Essential: Fluent in both Turkish and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural flair for sales
  • Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional service standards
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality (property experience beneficial but not required)
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a target-oriented environment
  • Professional presentation and a genuine passion for property
