We are mandated to assist in the appointment of an Asset manager who will be responsible for managing the groups property assets.

The appointee will be tasked with identifying areas where the portfolio value can be increased and incentivised for doing the same.

The shape of this will be determined only by the imagination and efforts of the asset manager!
