BDM/Lettings Valuation Manager - Property Ssector

Location: London

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum with on-target earnings of £40,000 - £70,000 - No cap on commission!

Our client is an established Property Lettings company leading the way in the ever growing flat-share rental market in London with a vision to transform and simplify the journey for both their renters and their landlords alike.

The Role

They are looking for a highly sales motivated BDM /Lettings Valuation Manager to help them grow their portfolio! This is an ideal opportunity to join a growing company and make your mark.

Key Responsibilities

  • Look for new clients and properties; putting in all the time, effort and resourcefulness as possible.
  • Knowledge of London’s Letting and Property market is required
  • Effectively self-manage and create your lead database, maximising opportunities into increased business.
  • Have a great eye for potential property opportunities that would fit their business model.
  • Doing viewings to ascertain property viability, potential, the HMO conversion potential and rental income.
  • Preparing quotations, pricing for works required, and contracts for landlords, estate agents, developers.
  • Developing partnerships with landlords, estate agents, and developers and build your future pipeline.
  • Have great valuation skills as well as negotiating, influencing and problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision required.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Have at least 3 years of proven sales experience within the London property market.
  • Have a great knowledge and understanding of London’s property and flat share rental market.
  • Knowledge of lettings regulations and an understanding of various council’s HMO requirements.
  • Be able to negotiation skilfully and accurately represent the company and what it can offer.
