We are seeking a Residential Property Manager to join our team during an exciting period of growth. We value the right people over the right experience! Key Responsibilities:• Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are maintained to high standards.• Serve as the primary contact for residents, tenants, and contractors, delivering excellent customer service.• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, lease terms, and property management laws.• Handle budgets, contractor management, and property inspections.• Organise and oversee repairs and maintenance, coordinating with contractors when needed.• Attend resident and board meetings, providing updates and reports. About You:• Proven experience in customer service, compliance, or a role that requires high organisation.• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at once.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships.• A proactive problem solver when addressing property issues.• Capable of working independently and within a team.• Experience in property management or a similar field is desirable, but not required.
