Full time hours on a temporary basis.

This post requires an experienced general practice commercial surveyor to assist

with the strategic management of the Client’s commercial property portfolio.

To take full responsibility for managing part of a diverse commercial property

portfolio and to undertake a range of associated professional work, including

inspections, valuations, lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, options appraisals

and dispute management.

To review and monitor property accounts, with a view to maximising rental income,

taking corrective action in respect of voids/debtors as necessary.

To take responsibility for reporting, managing, and ensuring compliance with any

relevant rules and regulations.

To ensure the Client’s Health & Safety and Statutory Compliance policies are

followed for all commercial properties.

To contribute to the development and support delivery of the Client's

Sustainability and Energy Strategy across the Council’s commercial assets.

To provide sound professional advice via both verbal updates and formal written

reports to property colleagues and directors; other corporate departments; the

Cabinet and the elected Mayor.
