Your new companyI am currently working with a Commercial Property Consultancy based in the West End who are currently in a growth period. As such they are looking to grow their Property Division with candidates who believe in their core values and ethos. Your new role* Ensure all properties allocated to you are fully functional and operating normally* Carry out any professional transactions relating to your portfolio. * Manage tenants* Provide outstanding service as a senior point of contact for all occupiers and clients. * Manage all service charge budgets and cash flow relating to your properties. * Create, implement and drive asset management strategies for your buildings. * Identify and implement strategies and accreditations that will improve the sustainability of your portfolio. * Work with the Facilities Management department and Portfolio Manager and ensure all contracts and contractors are performing well. * Generally assist the Portfolio Manager including onboarding new business. * Managing building staff within your portfolio. * Lead on the lease management and professional matters in relation to our nationwide non-profit portfolio. * Meet with clients regularly and prepare all client reports with the help of our team assistant. * Prepare monthly KPIs and any information requested for the Director's board meeting.
