Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a multi award winning organisation to recruit a Commercial Property Manager. The organisation offer a fantastic benefits package including a generous holiday scheme, internal training opportunities and 1 or 2 days a week working from home. The client has emphasised progression opportunities across the team so it a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join the team.

Responsibilities;

  • Oversee delivery to internal and external customers at agreed performance levels
  • Manage budgets in line with forecast (where appropriate)  and agree budget with various customers/stakeholders
  • Play a lead role in management and act as an escalation point for the Estates team across various sites
  • Ensure all relevant business date is updated including occupancy plans and CAFM amendments
  • Ensure all governance and compliance standards are met

The person;

  • Experience of working within a commercial property environment  
  • Hold previous team management experience
  • Previous experience of working in a fast paced, evolving environment with the ability to prioritise workload
