- Hours: Mon-Fri (8:30 AM-6:00 PM) + Alternate Saturdays (2/month)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations at multiple branches, ensuring smooth processes and high performance.
- Lead, motivate, and support teams to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to build a collaborative and productive environment.
- Handle valuations, sales progression, financial services, and client communications.
- Identify growth opportunities, develop strategies, and drive business development.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate management or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven knowledge of residential sales and lettings legislation.
- A results-driven attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- A valid UK driving license.
