We're recruiting for a hybrid Lettings and Property Manager to join our client’s small team in Moorgate! The successful candidate will receive up to £45,000 per annum, plus bonus (£55,000 - £60,000 OTE). This role is Monday to Friday, weekends by appointment only.

Role Overview:

We’re hiring for a proactive, client-focused Lettings and Property Management specialist. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to take ownership of the full Lettings journey, from managing properties and building strong landlord and tenant relationships to coordinating viewings, handling all admin, and leading offer negotiations. If you have a passion for Residential Lettings, exceptional people skills, and thrive on responsibility, this is your chance to manage the entire Residential Lettings and Property Management process end-to-end in a dynamic, 360 role.Responsibilities of the Lettings and Property Manager:

  • Conduct rental appraisals and property valuations for potential landlords.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, both new and existing.
  • Organise and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the offer process between landlords and tenants.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient tenancy agreements and renewals.
  • Handle property maintenance and property management requests and liaise with contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant lettings and property management legislation.
  • Maintain accurate property records, documentation, and databases.
  • Respond to tenant and landlord queries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage property inspections and ensure properties are well-maintained.
  • Oversee rent collections and ensure timely payments.
