LETTINGS MANAGER - MARYLEBONEDove and Hawk are working in partnership with an independent agency who specialise in the sale and rental of prime central London property. They are searching for a senior lettings negotiator to join their established team. This role will suit a well-spoken central London lettings agent who has 3 + years' experience in London lettings. Duties/functions of the role:
- Oversee the Lettings Department.
- Build and expand Lettings business.
- Conduct Market Appraisals, negotiate the best fee possible and gain instructions
- Follow up old Market Appraisals and maintain a high conversion rate
- Generate new business, be pro-active and source new leads
- List properties from the existing database/network
- Manage incoming enquiries and build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
- Manage the lettings negotiator
- Carry out viewings of properties with prospective tenants
- Give feedback from viewings to the owners of properties
- Negotiate lettings deals and progress the letting of properties once a price is agreed
- Deal with any lettings issues that may arise
Requirements of the role:
- 3+ years' experience working as a Lettings Manager or an Assistant Lettings Manager role
- ARLA qualified preferred but not essential
- A proven track record of valuation experience and winning business
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Must be well spoken and well presented
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills
