Our client is looking for a Lettings Manager to join their busy team in Fitzrovia. The company are an award winning, well known brand, offering an unrivalled service in Sales, Lettings, Property Management and Land and New Homes. Their main focus of this very well respected Estate Agent is the excellent customer service they pride themselves on offering their clients.The successful candidate must have previous experience managing a team, with excellent client relationship skills. You must be a results driven, organised individual who is highly presentable, loyal and committed. Salary Package & Benefits of the Lettings Manager role include:

  • £40,000 - £65,000 DOE
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm (5 day week)
  • Parking at the office

Responsibilities of the Lettings Manager role include:

  • Client relationship management
  • Departmental organisation
  • Performance management
  • Managing a team of 7 which includes Negotiators, Property Manger and Administrators
  • Reporting to the Senior Management Team
