- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and clients.
- Oversee the letting process, from property marketing to tenant move-ins, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Motivate and mentor a team of lettings agents, ensuring that targets and KPIs are met.
- Ensure the highest standards of property management and customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in lettings, ideally at a senior level or existing lettings manager looking for career progression.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
