  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and clients.
  • Oversee the letting process, from property marketing to tenant move-ins, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Motivate and mentor a team of lettings agents, ensuring that targets and KPIs are met.
  • Ensure the highest standards of property management and customer satisfaction.
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in lettings, ideally at a senior level or existing lettings manager looking for career progression.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
