LETTINGS MANAGER - HARINGEY, NORTH LONDONMy client is seeking a dynamic Lettings Manager to join their team in the vibrant property industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating private and council property lettings, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth of their business.Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients to understand their property requirements for lettings
- Arrange viewings and negotiate offers
- Build up the relationship with councils and other housing schemes for guaranteed rent leases
- Promote properties through various marketing channels to attract potential tenants
- Assist in the preparation of contracts and agreements for property transactions
- Provide professional advice on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property lettings, especially dealing with council schemes
- Must have an outgoing personality with good written and verbal communication skills. You must be confident and have experience of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Administrative: Ability to organise and maintain detailed property records efficiently
- Organisational: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple properties and client relationships effectively
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients professionally
