They have gained an enviable reputation from their exceptional delivery of service to clients, which has been recognised and awarded.
As the Head of Lettings, you will oversee and maintain the efficient running of the lettings and management team and the continued development of the company within the community. Additionally, you will lead on the generation of new business for the office and will oversee the management of the client database.
Our client is looking for someone with natural leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team, as you will be responsible for the growth and development of the lettings department within the Mayfair office.

ā¢ A proven track record in residential lettingsā¢ Natural leadership skillsā¢ An excellent team builder who is skilled at maximising cross-selling opportunitiesā¢ The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlinesā¢ Excellent negotiating and presentational skillsā¢ Sound team orientated interpersonal skills and experience of communicating effectively with both colleagues and clientsā¢ Knowledge of relevant compliance legislationā¢ Skilled in reporting on development performanceā¢ IT literacy including experience in the use of residential software packagesā¢ Enthusiasm and drive with a desire to broaden knowledge and experienceā¢ Strong self-management.
The salary on offer will include a basic in the region of Ā£38,000, plus on target earnings in the region of Ā£60,000 to Ā£70,000.
