Their main focus of this very well respected Estate Agent is the excellent customer service they pride themselves on offering their clients.The successful candidate must have previous experience managing a team, with excellent client relationship skills. You must be a results driven, organised individual who is highly presentable, loyal and committed. Salary Package & Benefits of the Lettings Manager role include:
- £40,000 - £65,000 DOE
- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm (5 day week)

Responsibilities of the Lettings Manager role include:
- Client relationship management
- Departmental organisation
- Performance management
- Managing a team of 7 which includes Negotiators, Property Manger and Administrators
- Reporting to the Senior Management Team
