Remote working with travel across the UKOTE £100kMeraki is working with a Global Real Estate firm who are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee their growth strategy plan.You will be responsible for driving growth by identifying tenant opportunities, as well as developing relationships with existing customers and ensuring retention.  Property Sales Manager:
  • Drive growth by identifying, presenting and securing large tenant opportunities through targeted research, networking, and outreach.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing large customers, ensuring retention, client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Deliver customised proposals that address client needs and highlight the clients ability to adapt and offer flexible national workspace solutions.
  • Lead negotiations with new and existing clients, securing strong commercial agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, customer demands and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities internally and externally.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, legal and finance teams to enable smooth onboarding and ongoing service levels for enterprise/corporate clients.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline health and client feedback, to enable actionable insights to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, boosting brand presence and generating enterprise leads.
  • Support the Commercial Director and Sales and Operations teams with strategic projects and initiatives.
 Person Specification:
  • 3+ years in Commercial Property sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of commercial property markets, leasing, investment and management
  • Strong relationship building skills
