- Drive growth by identifying, presenting and securing large tenant opportunities through targeted research, networking, and outreach.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing large customers, ensuring retention, client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Deliver customised proposals that address client needs and highlight the clients ability to adapt and offer flexible national workspace solutions.
- Lead negotiations with new and existing clients, securing strong commercial agreements.
- Monitor market trends, customer demands and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities internally and externally.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, legal and finance teams to enable smooth onboarding and ongoing service levels for enterprise/corporate clients.
- Track sales activities, pipeline health and client feedback, to enable actionable insights to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, boosting brand presence and generating enterprise leads.
- Support the Commercial Director and Sales and Operations teams with strategic projects and initiatives.
- 3+ years in Commercial Property sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of commercial property markets, leasing, investment and management
- Strong relationship building skills
