We have an exciting opportunity with a prestigious, high-end property developer who is known for delivering stunning developments across key growth areas in London. This is a fantastic chance to join a dynamic team and be part of an exciting phase of development.

About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Salesperson to join the North Kensington team to help launch and sell a brand-new phase of 150 units. This is a key role in a thriving property development project that promises to be a game-changer in the area!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with prospective buyers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the developer's brand.
  • Assist in the sales process of a new 150-unit phase.
  • Work closely with the project and marketing teams to ensure successful launches.
  • Host viewings and engage with interested buyers, showcasing the quality and value of the properties.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets and driving sales conversions.

Hours & Benefits:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday (9 AM - 12 PM).
  • Competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 - reflected into a day rate, plus commission (TBC).
