Our client, a Property Investor, Developer and Manager of both commercial and residential properties is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Director of the company. A busy, fast paced role, you will be supporting the Director with Property Management, Property Transactions, carrying out research for future property development projects, as well as providing day to day PA support. We are looking for candidates with experience in the Property / Real Estate industry, happy to be fully office based. Parking is available on site, and the company closes early on a Friday throughout the winter.Duties will include;* PA support to Director* Diary management, arranging internal and external meetings* Inbox management* Project support; conducting research and putting together information packs for meetings* Devising and maintaining office systems* Producing tenancy contracts* Liaison with tenants and suppliers* Efficient and timely checking and processing of paperwork* Ensuring the smooth running of the officesIf you're looking for an excellent, varied position in Property working for a phenomenal Director, please apply today.
