Cobalt have partnered with a highly regarded Asset Management firm based in Central London, who are looking to bring an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their team.

You will be part of a friendly and high-performing team of industry leaders who all have a passion for property, and you will be working with a key client for this business to manage their portfolio.

Portfolio: High-end/Prime properties, predominantly based in Mayfair, Marylebone, Kensington etc.

Key responsibilities:

  • Day to day interaction with tenants regarding property issues
  • Organising necessary maintenance and liaising with contractors
  • Ensuring all compliance, health & safety, and record keeping requirements are kept up to date with each property
  • Arrange and carry out inspections to assess necessary renovation works
  • Project manage any renovations/refurbishments across your portfolio
  • Manage any insurance claims
  • Assist with tenancy-related administration
  • Keep board up to date on activity within the portfolio through monthly reports

Requirements:

  • Notable experience within a senior property manager position
  • A track record of providing high-quality customer service
  • Significant understanding of all recent compliance guidelines
  • Strong knowledge of refurbishments, renovations, and interior design
  • Experience of using property management software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
