Cobalt have partnered with a highly regarded Asset Management firm based in Central London, who are looking to bring an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their team.
You will be part of a friendly and high-performing team of industry leaders who all have a passion for property, and you will be working with a key client for this business to manage their portfolio.
Portfolio: High-end/Prime properties, predominantly based in Mayfair, Marylebone, Kensington etc.
Key responsibilities:
- Day to day interaction with tenants regarding property issues
- Organising necessary maintenance and liaising with contractors
- Ensuring all compliance, health & safety, and record keeping requirements are kept up to date with each property
- Arrange and carry out inspections to assess necessary renovation works
- Project manage any renovations/refurbishments across your portfolio
- Manage any insurance claims
- Assist with tenancy-related administration
- Keep board up to date on activity within the portfolio through monthly reports
Requirements:
- Notable experience within a senior property manager position
- A track record of providing high-quality customer service
- Significant understanding of all recent compliance guidelines
- Strong knowledge of refurbishments, renovations, and interior design
- Experience of using property management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication
